AhlulBayt News Agency: The Yemeni Armed Forces have conducted two missile attacks on Ben Gurion Airport and another strategic location in Tel Aviv, Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced on Tuesday.
In a statement, Saree emphasized that the strikes were carried out in response to Israel’s ongoing military actions in Gaza and the recent storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound by Israeli settlers.
“The genocide against our brothers in Gaza, along with the siege and starvation, is an unprecedented crime in human history,” Saree declared, calling on all free nations to take action in defense of the Palestinian people.
According to IRNA, he detailed that the first strike involved a Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missile, hitting Ben Gurion Airport in Jaffa (Tel Aviv), while the second operation utilized a Zulfiqar ballistic missile to target a key location in the eastern occupied territories.
According to Saree, both strikes were successful, triggering widespread panic and forcing millions of Israeli settlers to take shelter.
The attacks also disrupted aid traffic at Ben Gurion Airport, further intensifying the situation in the region.
The developments mark a significant escalation amid ongoing hostilities, as Yemen positions itself as a key actor in regional resistance efforts.
